Cynthia Cesa is a Customer Success Manager at Persado, where she applies a results-oriented, methodical approach to collaboratively develop and execute account plans that support customers in driving value through adoption of Persado’s platform. Prior to Persado, Cynthia established experiences in data analysis and customer experience initiatives across various industries. Cynthia completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, Reno and centered her graduate field study at Des Moines University around wielding Generative AI within the Digital Marketing of Healthcare Services.
