Persado wins DIAmond Award at Insurtech Festival DIA

MUNICH – December 12, 2019 – Persado, the global leader in using AI to generate high-performance language for enterprise communications, has been named a winner of a DIAmond Award at this year’s Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA) conference, the leading insurtech gathering which took place in Munich, Germany from November 20-21, 2019. Persado was recognized by more than 800 insurers and insurtech investors as having the most strategic impact to the insurance industry thanks to its ability to apply AI and machine learning to the content creation process across the enterprise.

According to Forrester’s Customer Experience Index, which measures how successfully a company delivers on customer experience to create long-term loyalty, communication can make a difference of up to 16 CX Index points for insurers. As a result, insurance brands could add nearly $1 billion to their ledgers if they clarify communications about everything from how much a policy costs to how to file a claim.
